It's so hot for hair!

[AD] This week could not be a better week for telling you about hair accessory brand, Silke London. My hair has been dreadful – it’s processed, obviously, and is very much struggling in the heat. I often like to use a silk pillow case – it’s not a cure-all but it stops the hair shafts ruffling up so there is something of the smoothness I went to bed with. If you have a glorious, strong and healthy mane, cotton pillow cases are fine, but otherwise, and I’ve heard it quoted, treat your hair as you would a silk dress and being fair you wouldn’t subject your silk dress to a sweaty night of, er, friction – I’m trying not to make this sound like a steamy passage from a Mills & Boon.
