I very rarely do any dissection of my Instagram in terms of what’s performed well and what hasn’t (trust me, it’s the road to hell), but I had a small look recently and it’s as clear as it’s possible to be that my posts in which I’m wearing make up do far, far better than the posts in which I’m not. I was at an industry event a few weeks ago and someone rushed up to me and said, ‘oh, you look better in real life than on your Instagram posts’.
