The supplements are expensive, I found some to be very worthwhile but cost!! But then again, priorities.

I think all the supplements you take are good, you might want to add k2 which helps with the Vitamin D absorption which is good for bones and possibly zinc. I have a chronic autoimmune condition and poor bone health so am a tad obsessed! I couldn't get on with Symprove at all and have taken probiotics for over 25 years daily. VSL#3 is good and also needs refridgeration, but also expensive so I only use that when I am having a bad episode otherwise Victoria Health is good enough for me.

Also if you struggle sometimes with sleep magnesium is a good one.
