Of all the grey-brightening shampoos you've tried, which is the stand-out? And are there any compatible with getting a bit of volume and root lift into very fine, naturally flat hair?

There is mostly a good element to all of them = Oribe is the best mask so far in bringing out whites, Provoke Ice is the best value and does a decent job and Osmo is the best shampoo. Eventually, I'll do a proper round up.

Always looking for a good shampoo for grey… it looks greasy/lank much faster doesn’t it…

On a completely different subject 🙄, looking for something that will improve the look of the chest area - can you recommend any creams/serums?

You're right - it does look worse more quickly! In terms of chest - SPF 50 come what may and perhaps something like a Niacinamide serum which may - or may not - lessen any marks that you don't feel happy with. Otherwise, I think it's a nice area for oils - Tea & Tonic have some beautiful nourishing ones that I love. Check out the Inky List for Niacinamide. :-)
