Very interesting, thank you. Superdrug can be excellent. Their Naturally Radiant brightening hot cloth cleanser is wonderful.

Sadly the lightest shades of each look too dark for my 'pale as milk' complexion but I might try the Superdrug version in summer.

Only five shades - it’s not good enough.

That’s what annoys me a bit about Nars. I have a fair very neutral skin tone, and their colours always pull yellow on me. Plus I have the Natural Longwear, Light Reflecting and Sheer Glow foundations and had to have different colours in each, and it was a struggle to get a true match in all three. Buying online made it doubly difficult….a lot of mistakes were made!

I think they do run yellow in general - and yes, very difficult to buy on line unless you have an existing product and a reliable shade.

I really didn’t get on with the NARS product sadly. I also found the coverage too heavy. I have a fair neutral skin tone and struggled to find a match I was happy with. Everyone raves about this product and I was beginning to think it was just me.

I’m glad you say that because I found it heavy - I think NARS runs yellow in general.

I felt like I was wearing a full face of foundation. It wasn’t what I expected from a tinted moisturiser. I much prefer the Laura Mercier one. Horses for courses …

I understand exactly - for a tint, it’s a lot. I like bareMinerals Complexion Rescue - am on about my 20th tube.

Seems like I’m a lone voice but I like the Nars but like you I’m a hard core Bareminerals Complexion Rescue fan. Both cover the thread veins on my cheeks.
